REFUND PLEASE

Excited to have a fun zombie game for the Mac, I purchased and downloaded (which took a long time, I left it overnight and was happy to see it installed in the morning)… and then when I open it, NOTHING. Nothing comes up at all — the app icon in the dock shows it is open, the menu top left says Dead Island to show that I am in the app itself… but nothing appears on the screen. I can see my desktop in the background, but I am in the app.

So far, defunkt. A refund would be nice. Even if you go to the Dead Island support link here in iTunes, it sends you to Koch Media who (1) have no articles — that I can find, at least — on Dead Island at all, and (2) want to charge almost €2 a minute for phone support. Hang on, I’ve already paid for a game which won’t even open… now I could spend more asking why? I think not.

Refund now, if you’d be so kind. Don’t buy it.
